I know what it feels like to have big dreams but face even bigger barriers. I’ve met brilliant minds held back by circumstance, young people with fire in their hearts but no path forward. That’s why I started Launching Pad Foundation (LPF).
To turn barriers into bridges, to make sure talent isn’t lost to opportunity gaps. Because when one person gets the chance to rise, they lift entire communities with them.
