Who We Are

Our charity project is dedicated to empowering young bright minds by providing them with access to tertiary education and skills acquisition programs. Our comprehensive program offers educational resources, mentorship opportunities, internships, and job placement, fostering a culture of possibility and ambition among students to help them realize their full potential.

At the core of our mission lies the commitment to successfully sponsor a minimum of 1000 individuals to pursue higher education, skill or vocational training by 2027. This initiative aims to equip them with the necessary skill acquisition programs and knowledge essential for thriving in the competitive labor market.

We aspire to create a lasting impact on these students’ lives and contribute to our community’s overall development, echoing the transformative support our founder once received from a similar organization.

Our Approach

PROBLEM STATEMENT

In Nigeria, countless underprivileged children face a formidable barrier to a brighter future — limited access to quality tertiary education. This leaves them with fewer chances for a better future. Our mission is to change that.

Key Challenges:

  • Limited Resources: Many families lack the financial means to provide their children with tertiary education or skill acquisition programs.
  • Educational Inequality: Some kids do not get the same chances because of where they live or how much money they have, restricting their opportunities despite their talent.
  • Impact on Communities: The lack of access to quality education limits community growth and development.

THE NUMBERS TELL THE STORY:

  • Only 11.81% of children in Nigeria have access to tertiary education, as reported by the World Bank collection of development indicators.
  • In 2019, it was reported that 8.2% of talented students were unable to pursue higher education due to financial constraints. These students have been described as those who solely work and do not attend school.

Our NGO, committed to breaking this cycle, focuses on providing a solution that begins with a flagship project: Kuramo High School.
